Career Path
Wolf is a streamlined organization where hard work and accomplishments are recognized
and rewarded. Our size and structure allow us to be flexible in promoting talented
professionals. You work with a Development Advisor to set a career path at Wolf based
upon your skills, abilities and goals. Mentoring is part of our culture and will
ensure that your career stays on track. Our commitment to career development is only one of the reasons Wolf was named one of Boston's "Best Places to Work" for two consecutive years.

Our Management Group is comprised of Supervisors through Members of the Firm. Professionals
who attain Management Group status have demonstrated consistent technical competence in
their disciplines and a commitment to the VIRTUE philosophy in client service and staff
development. Accordingly, all Management Group members are key contact people for the
clients they serve. Management Group members participate in departmental leadership
meetings, serve as Development Advisors to younger professionals and serve on various
committees and task forces within the Firm.
Members of the Firm and Principals serve as Engagement Team Leaders. This group also
provides strategic direction for the Firm which is carried out by the Executive
Committee and President and CEO.
Managers through Members of the Firm may serve as Directors of various departments
and committees of the Firm, overseeing the allocation of both people and financial
resources.
If you are interested in experiencing work in another discipline within the Firm,
Wolf offers you the opportunity to request a temporary assignment in another
practice area.
"The opportunities are endless."
