SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – December 1, 2003 – Daniel P. Caine, CPA, has been admitted as Principal at Wolf & Company, P.C. effective December 1, 2003. Mr. Caine is a Certified Public Accountant with over seventeen years experience in providing audit and business advisory services to commercial entities in numerous industries including manufacturing, specialty chemical, medical device and technology. His work with closely held and publicly traded companies includes extensive experience in acquisitions and divestitures, due diligence assistance, compensation issues and managing the overall client relationship. As a Principal in the Commercial Accounting and Audit Group in the Springfield office, Marty is responsible for the coordination and delivery of services including audit, review, tax planning, information technology and performance improvement initiatives.
