Consumers send billions of dollars in remittance transfers each year. Consequently, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has amended Regulation E, with new rules becoming mandatory February 2013. These changes will impose new compliance requirements on institutions performing transfers of funds to foreign countries. In this webinar, we will review the new rules, and discuss how they will impact your institution.
