Michael J. Tetrault, CPA, MST

Mike serves as an Officer in Wolf’s Commercial Tax group and is responsible for providing consulting, compliance and tax planning services to a wide range of clients.

Mike joined the firm in 1996 and has over twenty years of experience as a certified public accountant.  He provides tax planning and compliance services to both publicly-traded and privately-held companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, retail, professional services and technology.  In addition, Mike provides tax planning and consulting services for individuals.

Mike has extensive experience in business formation, multi-state tax planning and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.  He also provides a proactive approach to researching and analyzing information leading to timely tax planning and personalized client services.
