Denise M. Toomey, CPA

Denise serves in Wolf’s Financial Institutions group, providing audit and attestation services to the Firm’s financial institution clients.  She is a member of the Firm's Accounting and Auditing Committee, which establishes Firm policies for accounting and auditing matters, and presents training sessions to staff members on a regular basis.

Denise has over twenty years of experience in providing audit and financial reporting services to both privately-held and publically-traded financial institutions and holding companies, including community banks and mortgage banking institutions.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Denise provides advisory services to executives and boards of directors on matters such as bank mergers and acquisitions, stock offerings and compliance with the financial reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and other bank regulatory agencies.
