OVERVIEW
Charlie is a Tax Principal in Wolf’s Financial Institutions group and is responsible for the successful delivery of tax compliance and planning services to our financial institution clients throughout the Northeast. He also addresses bankers and other professionals on various tax-related topics including tax law changes and tax planning. Charlie joined the Firm in 2012 after spending over 30 years in a “big 4” accounting firm. He has experience providing tax compliance, tax provision and planning services to a variety of financial institutions. He has served mutual and publicly held financial institutions, as well as leasing and real estate companies.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Charlie’s experience providing tax provision support and services, as well as tax planning services includes federal and state tax minimization and examination support, merger and acquisition analysis, transaction structuring, due diligence review, stock offerings, and net operating loss planning.
