Ryan M. Gorman, CPA

Ryan serves as a Principal in the Firm’s Audit department and serves Wolf’s commercial industries clients. Ryan is responsible for managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of services that are tailored to meet the individual needs of his clients.

Ryan has over 12 years of experience in providing audit, review and business advisory services to entrepreneurial driven businesses in numerous industries including manufacturing, distribution, and high-tech as well as audits of employee benefit plans.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Ryan has expertise in serving both privately held companies as well as businesses whose securities are publicly traded. Ryan specializes in delivering personalized and hands-on audit and review services that add value to an organization with minimal disruption to his client’s ongoing operations.  As a member of Wolf’s Audit Efficiency Task Force and Wolf’s Technology Committee, Ryan is able to ensure that our Firm is equipped with the training, tools and technologies to ensure the successful delivery of services.

Ryan has extensive experience in auditing financial statements that are filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as working with companies with private equity and venture capital backing.  In addition, Ryan was actively involved in his family’s business and, as a result, takes great pride in the opportunity to work closely with business owners and top management of family and closely-held businesses.
