Anthony  T. Carideo Jr., CPA

Tony provides accounting, tax, auditing and advisory services to our clients in the Commercial Industries group. In his role as Director of Services to Non-Profit Organizations, Tony is responsible for the Firm's auditing and tax services to tax-exempt organizations such as trade associations, foundations and other charitable organizations. In addition, Tony leads the Firm in delivering our employee benefit plan audit services and provides audit advisory services to service organizations, investment advisors, venture funds, and retailers. He also serves Wolf & Company as the Chair of the Firm’s Technology Committee, overseeing the strategy on new technologies and advancements.

Tony started with Wolf & Company over thirty years ago and has held his professional certification as a CPA for over thirty-six years.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Tony's extensive experience in the taxation of non-profits includes a detailed understanding of unrelated business income issues, lobbying expenditures, formation of "for-profit" subsidiaries and maintenance of tax-exempt status.  To both his for-profit and non-profit clients, Tony also provides a variety of specialty services, such as reviews of internal accounting procedures and consultation on fiduciary and governance matters.
