Jean M. Joy, CPA
Member of the Firm
OVERVIEW
Jean serves as the Director of Wolf’s Financial Institutions group and provides audit and attestation services to the Firm’s financial institution clients. Jean is also a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and the Director of Professional Practice, whereby she oversees the Firm’s compliance with professional standards.
Jean joined the Firm in 1978 and devotes all of her time to serving financial institutions. She has dealt extensively with operating systems and procedures with public reporting issues and communications with regulatory authorities, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
In addition to providing audit and attestation services to her clients, Jean provides advisory services relating to bank mergers and acquisitions, stock offerings, and compliance with the reporting requirements of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Reserve Board and the SEC.
