Michael D. Cohn
Biography
Mike is a Principal in Wolf’s Information Technology (IT) Advisory Services group. He is responsible for leading the delivery of fractional CRO, CISO, and fractional Vendor Management services, as well as strategic planning engagements, while cochairing Wolf’s Innovation Hub to develop new offerings in a rapidly changing business environment.
Mike actively participates in client engagements within the firm’s financial institution and fintech service teams. His recent engagements include strategic plan development, enterprise risk management (ERM), climate risk, fractional CRO, operational resilience, and board training.
With 25+ years in banking and technology, Mike has extensive knowledge in strategic planning, corporate governance, technology strategy, and third-party risk management. He also regularly presents strategy, risk management, and stablecoin trends and techniques at national and regional conferences for industry professionals.
Mike is an avid extreme adventurer, enjoying snowboarding, rock climbing, and recently visiting Mt. Everest Basecamp. His passion for adventure is so well known that he has even convinced his children that their mother is the one taking on ice-climbing excursions during family vacations.
