Biography
Mike is a Principal in Wolf’s Tax Group, where he’s responsible for managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of tax compliance and planning services to financial institution and not-for-profit clients. He consults on various topics including tax law changes, examination support, mergers and acquisitions, and stock offerings. Mike joined the Firm in 1988 and has over 30 years of experience providing tax planning, compliance, and provision services.
Mike resides in Framingham, Massachusetts with his wife, and has two grown children. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteer work and spending time with his family.
