Biography
James is a Manager in Wolf’s Assurance group where he provides services to financial institutions including community banks and credit unions. Over the last 11 years, he has performed several Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act (FDICIA) integrated audits.
He also performs employee benefit plan audits for large multi-employer retirement plans, financial institution plans, commercial plans, and small business plans.
