Biography

Todd is a Principal in the IT Advisory practice at Wolf & Company, specializing in IT audit and cybersecurity. He brings deep expertise in IT general controls (ITGCs), IT governance, and risk management, with a focus on supporting organizations in highly regulated environments.

Todd leads IT internal audit programs for financial institutions – particularly credit unions – partnering with management and audit committees to execute risk-based audit plans aligned with regulatory and cybersecurity expectations. He frequently operates as an extension of the internal audit function, helping strengthen control environments and enhance audit maturity.

He also supports the IT component of external financial statement audits for public and private companies, providing oversight to ensure alignment with PCAOB standards and audit quality objectives.

Todd leads the firm’s PCI DSS practice as a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), advising clients on payment security, compliance, and remediation strategies, with a focus on delivering practical, business-aligned solutions.
