Our employees have a lot to say about what makes this such a great environment. That's why we have multiple employee-led committees that keep us on the right track.

The focus of this committee is to plan ways in which employees can get together informally outside of work. Some examples include a weekend ski trip, a whitewater rafting trip, various sport leagues, softball, basketball, indoor soccer and beach volleyball, and even renting out the movie theater when “The Accountant” was playing.

Business Development Lunch & Learns

This group meets quarterly, and are identified employees that are beginning the business development and networking aspect of their role here at Wolf. Each meeting features a key Wolf speaker who has proven success in skills like public speaking, building a referral network, the impact of social media on business development, and even approaches to building a new niche.

Employer of Choice

The goal of this committee is to find what's important to our employees, and be the best we can be in those areas. This committee encourages employee feedback, and is a place where we can come together to discuss firm activities, health and wellness initiatives, work/life balance requirements, professional development opportunities, and needs that the employees of Wolf have. Members of the committee regularly present to the firm's Executive Committee and help to roll-out needed initiatives.

Learning & Development

This committee provides ideas and coordination of training to enable employees to meet their role expectations and move up in their careers at Wolf.

The philanthropy committee identifies and organizes volunteer or fundraising activities for the firm to participate in. Every month, there is either an organized volunteer activity or a collection drive. Employees receive 8 hours of PTO each year to volunteer and have the opportunity to request money from the Wolf & Company Charitable Foundation to be donated on your behalf if you’re raising money for a charity. Learn more about how we care for our community here

The mission of this committee is to provide a work environment that enables employees to work as productively and comfortably as possible – whether it’s smaller laptops, duel monitors, standing desks or the ability to work remotely – we’re always asking ourselves how the technology the firm implements can positively impact employee experience.
