Interview Process

What to Expect: Generally, you can expect to complete between 2-4 total interview rounds before receiving an offer. This may vary based upon the line of service and group, but you can expect the process to look something like:

  1. Initial phone screen with member of our Talent Acquisition Team
  2. Interview (either in person or virtually) with 1-2 members of the direct line of service/group you would be working with (Senior/Manager+ level)
  3. Interview (either in person or virtually) with additional members of the team (Manager+/Principal level)
  4. Meeting with TA team for offer & details. Congratulations and welcome to the Wolf Pack!
