Speaking:
Daniel F. Morrill, CPA is speaking on the topic The End of Libor, What it Means to Your Institution on June 16, 2020 at 11:45 AM

As Libor is set to be phased out by the end of 2021, many of your financial assets and liabilities may be impacted. This session will explore both the accounting and strategic aspects of the transition away from Libor. We will explore the accounting impact of re-writing loan, debt and hedge agreements to the strategic impact of re-pricing assets and liabilities using the secured overnight financing rate (SOFR) or other fallback indices.

At the end of this session you will have an understanding of things your institution should be considering as you transition away from Libor.

Michael D. Cohn, CPA, CISA, CGEIT is speaking on the topic Enterprise Risk Management: What We’ve Learned in the Last 5 Years (and How That Will Shape the Next) on June 15, 2020 at 1:45 PM.
