Cybersecurity continues to represent one of the greatest security and compliance threats facing investment advisors today. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has been stepping up its enforcement efforts recently, so regulatory pressures are increasing as well as the cyber threats themselves. This roundtable will discuss regulatory trends and expectations, highlight common mistakes, and present an accepted cybersecurity controls framework that can address your security and compliance challenges.
