Biography

Eric is a Senior Manager in Wolf’s Assurance Group with over eight years of experience at the firm. He specializes in audit, review, and compilation services for a variety of clients, including life sciences and technology-based companies. His responsibilities include planning the audit work programs, preparing and reviewing work papers, and analyzing financial statements.

Eric is a member of Wolf’s Technology Services team. His areas of expertise include accounting for complex debt and equity instruments of companies in various industries and life cycles, ranging from startup entities to established publicly traded companies. Eric provides accounting assistance in complex and emerging areas, including revenue recognition, share-based compensation, redeemable preferred stock, and warrants.
