Marissa is a Principal in Wolf & Company’s Assurance Group and co-leads the firm’s Digital Asset Team. She provides audit and assurance services to a broad range of digital asset companies, including cryptocurrency exchanges, mining operations, wallet providers, crypto lending platforms, and ATM operators. Marissa works with both SEC-registered and privately held companies, advising on complex accounting, internal control, and financial reporting matters specific to blockchain-based business models.
With over 13 years at Wolf, Marissa works closely with clients to address technical challenges, interpret evolving standards, and support sound financial reporting practices in the digital asset space.
