Biography
Matt is a Principal in Wolf’s Assurance Group, where he delivers external audit services and financial statement analyses to companies, including those with global operations. He guides privately held and publicly traded companies through public company filings, revenue recognition, multiple entity consolidations, and other complex accounting issues. Matt has over 10 years of experience providing audit, review, and compilation services to manufacturers, distributors, family businesses, asset managers, broker-dealers, and pension plans.
Matt lives in Massachusetts with his wife, daughter, and yellow Labrador Retriever. When he’s not working, he enjoys competing in regional golf tournaments, playing on the Wolf softball and basketball teams, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his family in New Hampshire.
