Biography

Mike is a Principal in Wolf’s Tax Group and leads the Firm’s Asset Management Team. He’s responsible for directing tax planning and compliance services on behalf of registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, family offices, and pooled investment funds including hedge funds, private equity funds, and funds-of-funds.

In addition to his committed focus within the financial services and alternative investment industries, Mike specializes in taxation of pass-through entities and has extensive experience advising partnerships and S corporations on income tax matters, as well as K-1 reporting to shareholders and partners. He also advises clients on multi-state and international tax matters, business formation, recapitalizations, mergers, and acquisitions.

Mike resides in Duxbury with his wife. When not coaching or cheering on his son and daughters on various athletic fields and courts, he enjoys spending time with his family and their yellow lab on Duxbury Bay and the surrounding beaches.
