Biography

Phil is a Principal and Wolf’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice Leader, delivering financial due diligence and deal support services to private equity firms, strategic buyers, sellers, and management teams at all stages of a transaction.

Phil has extensive experience advising clients on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions. He partners closely with clients to identify key deal risks, value drivers, and opportunities – translating complex financial information into practical insights that support informed decision‑making. Phil works closely with deal professionals, legal advisors, lenders, and cross‑functional internal teams to coordinate efforts and support clients throughout the M&A lifecycle.
