Dan is a Principal of the Firm and the Director of Wolf’s Professional Practice Group. He leads the Firm’s Audit and Accounting Committee, conducts training on technical issues, performs quality control reviews, participates in learning and development initiatives, and conducts technical research.

Dan is a Certified Public Accountant with over 21 years of experience providing audit, assurance, and consulting services to SEC registrants, non-profit entities, family businesses, financial institutions, and pension plans. He is a member of the Center for Audit Quality’s SEC Regulations Committee, as well as the Center for Audit Quality’s Smaller Firm Task Force. 


Dan’s expertise includes working with clients to resolve audit and accounting issues with respect to the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He also is dedicated to the training of Wolf professionals as new technical issues arise, enabling our professionals and clients to be up-to-date on the most recent issues.


Dan resides in East Longmeadow, MA with his wife, Tiffany, daughter Kenzie, and dogs, Dallas and Tonto. When he is not reading accounting standards, Dan enjoys spending time with his family at the Cape and hiking with Dallas and Tonto. Dan is a huge baseball fan and during the spring, he and Tiffany can usually be found on a college campus watching his alma mater, Holy Cross, or one of the many college baseball players they have housed while playing in the New England Collegiate Baseball League.
