Michaela Bellefeuille – Assurance
Michaela is a Principal in Wolf’s Assurance Group, where she’s responsible for delivering customized audit services to clients. Having started with Wolf in 2011, Michaela has significant expertise in auditing financial institutions and dealing with their complex issues. It’s hard to find anyone at Wolf more involved in the firm and profession than Michaela – she’s a member of several task forces, committees, and resource programs, including but not limited to the Audit Standards Task Force and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants Women in Accounting Committee. Michaela’s expertise and commitment has made her a valuable mentor and advisor to her fellow professionals at Wolf.
Andrew Billeter – Assurance
Andrew is a Principal in Wolf’s Assurance Group, where he’s responsible for coordinating and supervising external audit services to a variety of industries including financial institutions, broker dealers, employee benefit plans and non-profits. Having been with Wolf since 2008, Andrew has developed deep financial services industry expertise. Andrew was instrumental in the creation of Wolf’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness Advisory Services, where, as a subject matter expert, he managed a team that offers premiere support and guidance to organizations across all industries navigating the PPP loan process and most recently servicing the financial industry by offering loan review services.
Andrew also serves as the Treasurer for the Boys and Girls Family Center of Springfield, MA, is the current Vice President of the Boston Chapter of the Financial Managers Society, acts as a Committee Member for the Make-A-Wish Golf Tournament, Audit Quality Task Force member and more. Suffice it to say, Andrew’s involvement in his industries and community extends well beyond the workplace.
Nick Jesi – Advisory
Nick is a Principal in Wolf’s Advisory Group and serves within the Firm’s Information Technology (IT) Advisory Team, where he manages IT audit services for clients in a variety of industries, including financial institutions, educational, government, commercial, and healthcare sectors. Nick has been an integral part of Wolf for 12 years, having started his journey with the firm in 2010.
Nick’s contributions to the Firm include the continuous development and growth of the IT advisory as well as cybersecurity practice. Additionally, Nick is a key contributor to the Firm’s national strategy development, assisting with the expansion of Wolf’s geographic footprint into new states across the country. His experience across compliance, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Gramm-Leach-Bliley, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and more have made Nick an invaluable resource.
Jared Kelly – Assurance
Jared serves as a Principal in Wolf’s Assurance Group and leads the Firm’s Consumer Products and Industrials (C&I) and Cleantech sectors. Having joined Wolf in 2008, he brings over 14 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and audit matters to support his clients and his engagement teams. His clients are often private equity owned or venture-backed, and he also has significant experience working with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants. Jared is actively involved in the Firm’s Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail industry practice as well as the Technology companies practice.
Jared contributes to the Firm in a variety of ways beyond the delivery of audit services. He is a member of Wolf’s Audit Quality Task Force, contributing his efforts to the Firm maintaining the highest level of audit quality. Jared also leads a team bringing Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Reporting and Advisory services to market in response to the growing demand from business stakeholders for increased transparency and understanding on ESG matters. Jared has proven himself to be a natural leader–his excellent working relationships with co-workers at Wolf has led to his peers frequently seeking Jared’s mentorship and insights.
