Austin Watroba
Biography
Austin is a Senior Manager in Wolf’s Tax department, where his focus is on tax planning, compliance and consulting for businesses structured as pass-through entities (S-Corporations and Partnerships). He has extensive experience working with owner-operated and private equity portfolio companies. His industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, real estate and professional services.
Austin is also experienced in various transactions related to flow-through entities such as those involving Revenue Ruling 99-5, Revenue Ruling 99-6, Type F Reorganizations, and Partnership Redemptions.
Austin resides in the Chicago, IL suburbs with his fiancé and their dog Amaya. Outside of work he enjoys reading, fitness and Brazilian jiu jitsu.
