Biography

Chad is a Senior Advisor at Wolf & Company and brings nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. His expertise spans mortgage lending, strategic planning, and merger and acquisition (M&A) activities.

During his most recent role as Chief Mortgage and Strategy Officer at Ephrata National Bank (ENB), Chad was responsible for growing the mortgage division into one of Pennsylvania’s top-performing lenders and for developing and overseeing the bank’s strategic objectives.

Prior to his role at ENB, Chad served on the senior leadership teams of two Pennsylvania-based banks and was the founder, president, and CEO of Guardian Home Funding, Inc., which operated two divisions: Aarrow Mortgage Group and BestPriceMortgage.com. Each of these divisions was recognized locally and nationally for production and cutting-edge technology that led the mortgage industry into the e-commerce era.
