Biography

Colleen is a Principal and Wolf’s Chief People Officer, where she’s responsible for the Firm’s people strategy and talent programs. She aims to inspire an inclusive and diverse culture where employees can share their passions and thrive in their careers. Colleen joined the Firm in 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining Wolf, she led global culture and people programs to drive innovation and transformation across multiple industries including software, pharmaceuticals, accounting, and telecommunications.

Colleen lives in central Massachusetts with her husband, stepson, daughter, and dog. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, having an active lifestyle, and vacationing at her house on Cape Cod.
