David G. Danielson
Biography
David is a Managing Director, leveraging decades of financial leadership experience to deliver high-level guidance on corporate strategy, strategic planning, and performance. He is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, and management reporting.
David’s experience spans M&A advisory, complex financial modeling, de novo bank assistance, and the design and implementation of data-driven decision support systems. Throughout his career, he has advised hundreds of organizations on strategic and capital planning, regulatory responses, and equity valuations.
As a former business owner and board member of two community banks, David brings a practitioner’s perspective to helping clients enhance profitability, manage risk, communicate effectively with shareholders, and navigate strategic growth initiatives.
