Biography
Eduardo is a Senior Manager in Wolf’s Assurance group with over 10 years of experience in public accounting performing audit attestation work to support audit opinions under PCAOB/AICPA standards, U.S. GAAP, and IFRS.
During his time in public accounting, Eduardo spent two years in the Netherlands performing audits for foreign private issuers (FPIs) and international components of U.S. public companies filing with the SEC.
Additionally, Eduardo worked for nearly two years at the PCAOB, overseeing public company audits and promoting audit quality to protect investors and uphold the preparation of accurate, independent audit reports. His diverse industry experiences span manufacturing, consumer products, diversified industrial products, life sciences, real estate, technology, and automotive.
