Biography

Eduardo is a Senior Manager in Wolf’s Assurance group with over 12 years of public accounting experience, performing audit and attestation services in support of audit opinions under PCAOB and AICPA standards, U.S. GAAP, and IFRS.

Throughout his public accounting career, Eduardo spent two years in the Netherlands, where he performed audits of foreign private issuers (FPIs) and international components of U.S. public companies filing with the SEC.

Additionally, Eduardo worked for nearly two years at the PCAOB, overseeing public company audits and promoting audit quality to protect investors and uphold the preparation of accurate, independent audit reports. His diverse industry experiences span manufacturing and distribution, consumer products, diversified industrial products, healthcare and life sciences, real estate, and technology.
