Biography

Emily is a Manager in Wolf’s Assurance group, where she provides external audit services to SEC registrants and private companies. She directly supervises audit teams and has over 5 years of experience specializing in audits of life sciences companies. She has notable experience with public company filings and complex accounting topics such as reverse mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity instruments. Emily is a member of Wolf’s Life Sciences niche.
