Biography
Hunter is a Manager in Wolf’s Assurance group, leading audit engagement teams across the life sciences, technology, and manufacturing, distribution, and retail niches. Within these industries, Hunter provides client service to start-ups, middle-market entities, and publicly traded companies.
Hunter has notable experience guiding clients through complex debt and equity transactions, merger and acquisition accounting, and SEC registration filings, such as IPOs, public offerings, and business combinations. He also has expertise in revenue recognition, share-based compensation, redeemable preferred stock, and derivatives.
Hunter lives in Massachusetts and enjoys spending time with his family in Maine, as well as participating in Wolf’s intramural sports teams.
