Biography

Jared is a Principal in Wolf’s Assurance group, where he brings 18 years of experience advising and providing financial statement assurance services to business owners, executives, and boards of directors.

He leads the firm’s technology and SaaS companies practice, serving clients across emerging sectors, including climate/cleantech, fintech, and health/medtech, as well as established enterprise software businesses. He also plays an active role in the firm’s manufacturing, distribution, and retail niche, with a focus on consumer and industrial goods.

Jared primarily works with middle-market and high-growth startup companies, including venture-backed, private-equity owned, and publicly traded companies. He has significant experience supporting U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants with periodic reporting, initial public offerings (IPOs), and de-SPAC and reverse merger transactions.

In addition, Jared advises clients on acquisitions, other strategic transactions, as well as internal control best practices. He brings deep expertise in complex and emerging accounting and regulatory matters, including revenue recognition, business combinations, share-based compensation, and debt and equity financing.

Jared lives in Massachusetts with his wife and children. When he’s not at work, you may find Jared doing endless yard work, at the beach, or fishing with family and friends.
