Biography

Kelly is a Senior Advisor at Wolf & Company, specializing in management accounting initiatives that drive profitability measurement across financial institutions’ products, customers, and organizations. He has developed innovative tools to support these objectives and brings deep expertise in onboarding and maintaining profitability and performance measurement systems, as well as process improvement and strategic planning consulting.

Prior to joining Wolf, Kelly held officer roles at several prominent banking institutions and most recently served as a Senior Consultant at a firm focused on financial institutions.
