Biography

Scott is a Principal in Wolf’s Assurance group and founded and co-leads the firm’s Digital Asset Team. He provides audit and advisory services to a broad range of digital asset companies, including exchanges, miners, custodians, wallet providers, stablecoin issuers, and digital asset lenders.

He also has significant experience with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrant considerations, such as initial public offerings (IPOs), SPAC transactions, and reverse mergers. Scott joined Wolf in 2002 and has over 35 years of experience as a CPA. Before starting Wolf’s Digital Asset practice, Scott worked extensively with venture-backed technology companies across a number of different sectors.

Scott lives in Boston with his wife. When he’s not working with digital asset entrepreneurs, he enjoys playing golf, relaxing on the Cape, reading, going to the beach, and collecting wine.
