Dear valued client,
Wolf continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 outbreak, and we are doing all we can to ensure the safety of our clients, employees, and families. We continue to follow all guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and are implementing additional plans and policies as necessary.
Effective immediately:
- All Wolf employees are being asked to work remotely. We are also prohibiting business-related airline travel, as well as any unnecessary travel.
- We are asking all employees to meet with clients virtually as much as possible. In the event that on-site work is required, we are asking employees to follow all social distancing protocols as noted by the WHO and CDC.
- We are following our business continuity plan, which specifically addresses our response to pandemics.
Throughout these policy changes, we are equipped with ample video, audio, and screen sharing conference capabilities to minimize disruption, and to continue to provide service in the standard to which you are accustomed.
We have put together some expert tips on pandemic planning that we welcome you to explore to maximize the effectiveness of your organization’s plan at the current state of global alert activity. We’ll share additional relevant information as it becomes available.
Our thoughts are with all those impacted by COVID-19, and we wish everyone well as we navigate this unprecedented situation together.
Sincerely,
Mark A. O’Connell
President and CEO
