A Guide to HMDA Reporting

As HMDA continues to be an area of heightened regulatory focus, this webinar will provide an overview of the reporting requirements for institutions that are required to file. This session will focus on the HMDA filing deadlines and common reporting errors. Specifically, we will review when to collect and report government monitoring information in connection with residential and commercial loans. Additionally, we will discuss the HMDA defined pre-approval program and whether your institution must report its pre-approvals. Lastly, we will provide an overview of the changes that are coming in 2018.

  • Be able to determine if your institution’s current HMDA data collection procedures are accurate
