Biography

Andrew is a Principal in Wolf’s Assurance Group, where he coordinates and supervises external audit services and provides advisory support, including credit administration. Drawing on deep industry expertise, he develops audit plans, reviews documentation, evaluates policies and procedures, conducts credit quality assessments, and analyzes financial statements for clients in the financial services sector.

He also consults on accounting issues, technical challenges, evolving standards, and internal control reporting requirements related to the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Andrew advises on regulatory filings with the Federal Reserve Bank, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

With more than 17 years of experience, Andrew serves a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, digital asset and fintech companies, broker-dealers, and nonprofit organizations.
