Biography

Cody is a Senior Manager in Wolf’s Tax Department and has been with Wolf & Company since 2015. He provides tax compliance, planning, and consulting services to both businesses and individuals, specializing in closely held and owner operated businesses in a variety of industries including manufacturing, food processing, retail, real estate, and professional services.

Cody is also a licensed attorney in Massachusetts and previously worked as a student attorney for the Michigan State University Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic as well as an intern for the United States Department of Justice’s Tax Division. He holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M) from Georgetown Law and formerly chaired the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Tax Committee. In addition, he teaches tax as an adjunct professor at Bentley University and serves in the US Army Reserves as a Judge Advocate.

Cody resides in South Boston with his fiancé and their esteemed golden doodle named Bravo. Outside of tax, he enjoys traveling, fishing, and eating his way around Boston.
