Biography

Eric is a Senior Manager in Wolf’s Assurance Group with over nine years of experience at the firm. He specializes in audit and assurance services to a broad range of digital asset companies, including cryptocurrency exchanges, mining operations, crypto lending platforms, and ATM operators. His responsibilities include planning the audit work programs, preparing and reviewing work papers and technical accounting memos, and analyzing financial statements.

His areas of expertise include accounting for complex debt and equity instruments, revenue recognition, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
