Biography

Katie is a Senior Manager in Wolf’s Assurance group where she is responsible for delivering customized audit services to clients as well as leading and supervising audit teams. Her primary responsibilities include planning the audit work program, preparing and reviewing work papers, and analyzing financial statements. Katie has over nine years of experience providing audit services to clients in various industries.

Katie is a member of Wolf’s Technology Services Team, Not-for-Profit Services Team, and Investment Management Services Team. Her areas of expertise include share-based compensation, complex capital structures, revenue recognition, and internal control recommendations for small and lower middle-market companies. Additionally, Katie has experience with audits of broker-dealers and financial institutions.
