Wolf is proud to announce that Jean Joy, CPA, Member of the Firm, has been re-appointed to the PCAOB’s Standing Advisory Group (SAG). Jean will serve a three-year term, beginning in January 2016.
The PCAOB is a nonprofit corporation established by Congress to oversee the audits of public companies in order to protect investors and the public interest by promoting informative, accurate, and independent audit reports. The SAG advises the PCAOB on the development of auditing and related professional practice standards. The Group includes auditors, investors, public company executives and others.
