Wolf & Company’s COVID-19 Update

Dear valued client,

We want you to know that Wolf is closely monitoring the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak and is following guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and federal governments, and local health officials.

As always, the health and wellbeing of our clients, employees, and families is of the highest importance to us.

We have a business continuity plan that specifically addresses our response to pandemics, and we have significant capabilities to work remotely to minimize disruption. Our remote abilities will allow our staff to be responsive to your business needs throughout any potential physical location closures or quarantines, as guided by the WHO and CDC.

In the event that you or Wolf implements full-remote work for employees, we are equipped with ample video, audio, and screen sharing conference capabilities to continue to provide timely service in the standard to which you are accustomed.

We are taking precautions to help ensure employee safety, including additional cleaning protocols, hand sanitizers, and encouraging staff who feel unwell or who are at risk to stay home.

We have put together some expert tips on pandemic planning that we welcome you to explore to maximize the effectiveness of your organization’s plan at the current state of global alert activity. We’ll share additional relevant information as it becomes available.

Our thoughts are with all those impacted by COVID-19, and we wish everyone well as we collectively navigate this unprecedented situation.

Regards,
Mark A. O’Connell
