When the project kicked off in June 2020, Wolf Data Solutions worked closely with Club Champion to define all of the metrics, KPIs, and dashboards that they required. One of the limitations of the Salesforce platform was the inability to drill down further into the data beyond the dashboard. Given these constraints, Club Champion had a good understanding of the gaps they were looking to fill, with a clear list of priorities.
In seeking to understand the “why” behind each store’s numbers, they needed a comprehensive view of real-time store and fitter performance. This included a breakdown of the number of fittings, receipts, cancellations, and sales, with the ability to compare against prior performance and current targets for year-over- year and month-to-date reporting.
