The risk landscape is fast moving and becoming more complex. Although the third line’s fundamental responsibility of assurance hasn’t changed, how audit operates in this changing environment has to evolve. In this session, industry experts will discuss how your audit coverage model should be adapted based on changing business models and the improvements expected in second-line quality assurance and first-line quality control testing. We’ll also focus on audit design, dynamic risk assessment, plan adaptability and increased focus on opportunities to improve assurance for key risk areas.
