We’re excited to announce that Carol Capone has joined the Firm as a Senior Manager in our Internal Audit Services group. Carol is responsible for delivering internal audit services to Wolf’s financial institution clients.
As a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Carol brings over twenty-five years of experience providing internal audit and risk management services to various organizations. Her expertise includes operational and financial audits of commercial real estate lending and servicing, branch and deposit operations, finance and accounting, investor reporting and distributions, wire transfers, and human resources. Carol also has considerable knowledge of Regulation AB attestations, FDICIA, and SOX 404 compliance.
Carol resides in Maynard, MA with her husband Rob and has four children, Jacquelyn, Courtney, Ashley and Meagan. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending Patriots games as a season ticket holder. During the summer months, Carol spends much of her free time in York Beach, Maine.
