Allison and Steve will be speaking on Fair Lending on Thursday, November 17 at 10:45 AM.
While the proposed rule makes many comparisons to HMDA data collections, looming small business lending data collection regulations present new challenges and unique fair lending consequences worth discussion. We will review the proposed rule, including similarities and differences to the existing HMDA rules, and then discuss the broader impact on fair lending and institutional fair lending compliance management systems.
